Meet Roxy Zeb

Joining as Partner in the Professional and Executive Risk Solutions team, Roxy Zeb comes to Consilium from Marsh, where she held the role of Client Development Leader.

With over 20 years of experience in relationship management and the delivery of strategic advice in the professional and financial risk spectrum including previous roles at Aon and Gallagher, Roxy is well poised to lead service driven growth in the UK, Ireland and other key financial centres.

Having spent decades within large corporate insurance businesses, Roxy is anticipating being part of something different. She said, “Consilium is an innovative brokerage firm. It is a breath of fresh air to be somewhere I can flex my entrepreneurial flair and still be part of an inspiring team.”

Meet James Read

James Read joins the Consilium Professional and Executive Risk Solutions team, based in our Guernsey office. He brings with him a wealth of experience in sales and marketing across a diverse range of industries, including Finance, Trust and Fiduciary, Marine, Sports and Entertainment.

With almost two decades of experience behind him, James is well equipped to lead our sales strategy as we expand our presence across the Channel Islands and other key financial centres.

James is looking forward to joining such a well respected team. Attracted by the dynamic culture of the Group, James said, “Unlike most brokers in the market, Consilium is not content to accept the status quo. It is always looking for better ways to do things and exceed client expectations”
