Scott Smith is the account director for aviation at ConsiliumRe, responsible for growing the aviation insurance book.
He joined ConsiliumRe in June 2021, having owned an aviation insurance brokerage in South Africa for 13 years.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys exploring the country with his wife and daughter, who are new to the UK. He likes to go fly-fishing, run, play a bit of golf, and cycle some trails in his area.

Christian Watson is an aviation broker at Consilium, responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with Consilium’s network of new and renewal clients, underwriters and brokers.
He joined the group in August 2021, having previously worked in the aviation market for eight years with three different insurance brokers, Boston Marks, Lockton, and most recently Grimme Butcher Jones.
Outside of work, Christian likes lots of sports, including golf, football, squash, and working out in the gym. He also enjoys cooking on the BBQ, travelling with friends, and trying new experiences.
