Our people

Alina Salgado is an Senior Associate at Consilium focused on property business from Latin America.

She joined the group in May 2021, having previously worked as a reinsurance broker in Mexico City, a reinsurance officer at an insurance company in Honduras, and as a customer service officer at a bank in Honduras.

Outside of work, Alina likes to travel to new places, meet new people, read, watch movies and TV series, and share quality moments with friends and family.

Alison Walker is a Senior Associate at Consilium. Alison is responsible for renewals and new business for our UK non-motor team, covering a wide range of trades and classes of insurance.

She joined the group in July 2018 from Miles Smith, where she had been for nearly 12 years. Starting in the industry at a young age, Alison has carried our various roles in her career to date.

Outside of work, Alison once appeared in a documentary about the Von Trapp family and The Sound of Music.

Andy Graham is head of specialist risks at Consilium. Andy is responsible for specialist liability risks and developing existing and new facilities for the group.

He joined the group in July 2020 having worked at Lloyd's broking firms for 34 years. This has included time at PWS International in UK account handling and time with Windsor Insurance Brokers specialising in liability. He then joined Griffiths and Armour London, which would later become COBRA London Markets, where he was a director.

Outside of work, Andy has both flown and jumped out of an aeroplane, among some other crazy things.

Chris McAdams is a Senior Associate for Consilium. Chris works in the motor fleet team and is responsible for strategic business placement and broker/underwriter relationship building.

He joined the group in November 2020 and has over 11 years of experience in motor fleet insurance. This has included involvement in both underwriting and broking for Lloyd’s syndicates and national brokers.

When he isn’t working for Consilium, you'll often find Chris on the golf course “trying” to improve his handicap.

Christian Warrener is the head of the International Property Risk Solutions division at Consilium. Christian focuses on growing and developing the business into a reinsurance broking force.

He joined the group in February 2020 from RFIB, having also previously worked at Willis, Guy Carpenter and Lockton, where he has gained the experience of working with large company networks as well as with smaller independent clients. He has experience placing all types of accounts from large international conglomerates to small single locations.

When Christian isn’t working for Consilium, he can be found enjoying sports, cooking and travelling, as well as spending quality time with the family.

Dean Temple is a Senior Associate at Consilium. Dean is responsible for motor fleet renewals and growing new business in London through the Lloyd’s and MGA markets.

He joined the group in 2018, and has 37 years of motor fleet experience. He previously spent five years as an underwriter at Brit Insurance before moving to Catlin to help set up a new motor fleet department.

If he wasn't working for Consilium, you would find him watching new bands live every week at various venues.

Graham Adams is an Senior Associate for Consilium. Graham works in our UK non-motor department.

He joined the group in January 2018, having previously worked at a well-established Lloyd’s broker specialising in the construction industry. He has over six years’ experience across a number of insurance-based roles and classes.

If he wasn’t working at Consilium, Graham would probably be paddle boarding along a beach.

Hannah Esposito is a Senior Associate for Client Services at Consilium.

Her experience includes 12 years within the insurance industry working for both insurers and brokers. Hannah started out in insurance working for Xchanging and has in-depth knowledge of the Lloyd’s market. 

Hayley Lewin is an Senior Associate at Consilium. Hayley is responsible for the handling and processing of new business and renewals within the non-motor team, mainly focusing on the liability/casualty side.

Hayley previously worked for another London market broker for four years on their casualty department in a similar role which gave her the experience and knowledge needed to work efficiently with agents and underwriters.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys drawing and has recently started transitioning towards digital art from the traditional pencil and paper.

Kevin Dawes is the head of motor for Consilium. Kevin oversees motor fleet placement for the division.

He joined the group in October 2020 and has over 20 years of London market motor fleet experience, both in broking and underwriting. He was previously head of motor underwriting for HDI Global, and is a very well-known and respected figure in the market, able to help with difficult to place risks.

Kevin is an FA qualified football coach and much of his spare time is devoted to training and developing players.

Liam Keaveney is a Senior Associate at Consilium. Liam works with our UK brokers to ensure they receive swift and professional service for their London market fleet business.

He joined the group in 2012, initially in charge of online marketing/development from our Billericay retail office. From there he has moved up and carved a path within the motor fleet team since its inception in 2013.

Liam is an avid motorsport fan and a general fan of all things on four wheels. Most years he can be found at the annual Nürburgring 24-hour and Le Mans 24-hour races watching and wishing he was taking part

Marc Rapley is a Associate Partner at Consilium. He deals with all business classes and sectors, but in particular waste and recycling and high risk contractors from a property and casualty perspective.

He joined the group in November 2018 and has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry. After starting out working for an underwriting agency, over the last 10 years he has worked for various Lloyd’s brokers.

As an avid football fan, Marc spends much of his spare time following Chelsea FC across the country. Outside of football, Marc’s other main interest is music and he has been playing the guitar since the age of nine.

Matthew Pini heads up the Risk Solutions division at Consilium. Matt is responsible for the growth, development and profitability of the division, striving to achieve this by working closely with insurers and retail agents alike.

He joined the group in July 2015 and has spent a total of 25 years within the London market working for various Lloyd’s brokers. In that time he has forged strong relationships with underwriters that allow for the very best deals to be negotiated and transacted.

When he isn’t working for Consilium, Matt can be found running his son’s football team. He is also a pained Everton supporter.

Michael Adams is a Partner at Consilium. Michael is responsible for risk placement into the Lloyd’s and London market across all UK classes, but has a large focus on casualty business.

He joined the group in March 2018, having previously worked as a Lloyd’s broker for Folgate Insurance. Prior to that, he had 10 years’ experience in senior claims roles with insurers/brokers including QBE and Gallagher.

If Michael wasn’t working for Consilium he would be travelling the world following Spurs whilst enduring a continued lifetime of football misery.

Shaun Woodhouse is a Senior Associate at Consilium.

Shaun joined Consilium in September 2018, having before this spent over 18 years as a sales professional within the insurance services, broking and legal sectors.

Outside of work, Shaun is a massive animal lover (dogs and horses) and collects classic motorcycles, with 14 so far.

Simon England is a business development manager for the North, Scotland and Ireland divisions of Consilium. Simon is responsible for the ongoing support, education and engagement of our broker partners.

Simon joined the group in August 2020 and has more than 30 years of industry experience, having previously worked for a number of large insurers, MGAs, a Lloyd’s retail business, and a network provider. Initially an underwriter, writing business in the fleet, property, liability and financial lines arena, Simon moved into development roles 15 years ago.

If he wasn’t working for Consilium, he would probably be travelling the world spending his kids’ inheritance and playing golf on some of the world’s best courses.

Will Beeston is an Associate Partner at Consilium. Will works in our international property team, focusing on Latin American property and Australian property.

After graduating from Sheffield University in 2014 with an economics degree, Will spent four years at Guy Carpenter in their facultative team, working both on the technical and broking sides.

If Will wasn’t working at Consilium, he would be travelling and attending live music events. He is also a keen football enthusiast.

Stepping into the insurance world for the first time as a Junior Associate, Adian Knight’s day-to-day work involves processing invoice transactions such as Original Premiums and Endorsements. Specialising in Property, Aviation and Construction, Aidan’s work will cover international locations. Away from the office, Aidan plays and watches several sports, including football and basketball. 

As a Partner, Alex Atikinson’s specialist classes include Professional Risk and Financial Lines.

With 15 years of experience, Alex’s sector experience lies in PI, Design & Construction, Architects & Engineers, Construction Consultants, Lawyers/Solicitors, Accountants, Insurance Brokers, IT, Recruitment, Property Consultants/Real Estate Management and Marketing firms, in addition to D&O, FI and Cyber.

Covering locations globally, Alex specialises in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the USA and Canada and firmly believes that Vegemite is better than Marmite.

As a Cedant Facultative Risk Solutions Partner, Andrew Coleman is a Property specialist. With 20 years of experience, Andrew’s sector experience lies in Commercial Property, Power, Offshore Energy and Mining, covering the UK, Africa, North America and LatAm. Away from work, Andrew is a Manchester United supporter with a London accent.

Stepping into the insurance world for the first time as a Client Services Junior Associate, Benjamin Harta’s day-to-day responsibilities include updating and maintaining bordereau and daily MI. Away from work, Benjamin enjoys volunteering at London Comic Con events. 

Bryan Taylor is a Partner for Consilium's Delegated Risk Solutions division, responsible for liaising with clients carriers, internally and any others to ensure all parties are happy.

Bryan joined the group in November 2021. He started his insurance career at Xchanging before moving to RKH as a technician. After eight months there he moved to Price Forbes where he spent five years before moving onto Ed. He spent 18 months there in the A&H team before joining Aventum.

Outside of work, Bryan is kept busy by his four daughters and one grandson. He is also a keen motorcyclist, whether that be riding or watching two-wheeled motorsport live or on TV. He also likes socialising with friends and long winter walks with his family dog.

Callum Hay is a Junior Associate specialising in Aviation Risk Solutions. In his first year in the world of insurance, Callum’s sector experience lies in General Aviation including Aircraft, Liability, Airports and Pilots - covering global locations. Originally from New Zealand, Callum holds a First Class Honours degree in Robotic Engineering.

As a Wordings Specialist, Chelsie Mowling reviews contract and policy wordings across various classes of business, territory and slip type. Covering locations globally, before joining the world of insurance, Chelsie used to manage and internally audit nightclubs. 

Christian Watson is an Associate at Consilium, responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with Consilium’s network of new and renewal clients, underwriters and brokers.

He joined the group in August 2021, having previously worked in the aviation market for eight years with three different insurance brokers, Boston Marks, Lockton, and most recently Grimme Butcher Jones.

Outside of work, Christian likes lots of sports, including golf, football, squash, and working out in the gym. He also enjoys cooking on the BBQ, travelling with friends, and trying new experiences.

In their role as a Partner for Consilium's Delegated Risk Solutions division, Chris Evans is responsible for the delivery of innovative and reliable (re) insurance options for the UK and International Managing General Agents.

Having previously worked for Lloyd’s and the London Market for over 20 years, including time at Howden, Ed Broking and Crispin Speers, Chris specialises in accident, health, life and special risks.

Away from work, Chris has a passion for horse-riding and is a fluent Spanish speaker having lived and been to university in Spain. They also enjoy swimming, keeping fit and a touch of gardening.

David Ireland is a Senior Associate at Consilium, responsible for renewals and new business for the UK non-motor team.
He joined the group in March 2022, with over 35 years’ insurance experience. This includes over 10 years with an MGA and the rest with three different Lloyd’s brokers in the UK and Irish non motor markets.
Outside of work, David enjoys watching sport and playing golf and football. He also likes music, film and travelling.

As a Risk Solutions Associate, David MacMullen’s specialist class is Motor. With two years of experience, David’s sector experience lies in Motortrade and Taxi, covering locations around the UK and Ireland. Away from work, David is a big Arsenal supporter and is often found on the golf course.

As a Partner, Duncan Childs’ specialist classes Professional Risk, D&O, PI, Crime and Cyber.

With 25 years of experience, Duncan’s sector experience lies in Financial Institutions, covering the UK, Ireland and various offshore jurisdictions.

Outside of work, Duncan calls London’s East End home and lives on the street Reggie Kray murdered Jack ‘The Hat’ McVitie in the 1960s.

In their role as an Associate in the Claims division, Ellen Connolly oversees claims from notification to settlement. On the search for a company in which they could grow and develop professionally, Ellen found this and much more in Consilium.

Before joining the Aventum family, Ellen worked at a local bakery for five years while also studying at university. After this, Ellen joined Specialist Risk Group in 2019, working in their Claims department, handling Irish clients.

Outside of work, Ellen enjoys cooking, watching football and socialising with friends. They also love to keep active, attending a weekly Boxercise class and going on long walks.

As a Delegated Risk Solutions Senior Associate, Eshani Reddy’s specialist classes include Property, Casualty and Financial Lines. With four years of experience, Eshani’s sector experience lies in Casualty, covering locations worldwide. Eshani was born in India and grew up there until the age of 15.

As a Senior Associate, Fergus McKay’s specialist classes include Delegated Authority and Construction. Fergus has seven years of experience and sector experience in Delegated Authority and Construction, covering UK, European, US and worldwide geographic locations. Away from work, (and sometimes at work too) Fergus does a very convincing Dobby impression. 

Associate Partner Gemma Smith’s specialist classes include Financial Lines. With nine years of experience, Gemma’s sector experience lies in Professional and Executive Risk Solutions, covering locations globally. Away from work, Gemma runs a local Sea Scout troop and loves being outdoors doing water based activities.

As a Junior Associate, Hannah Stiling’s specialist classes are Liability and Property. With over a year of industry experience, Hannah’s sector experience lies in EL and PL claims, covering the UK and Ireland. Away from work, Hannah is a qualified hair stylist.

As a Senior Associate for Consilium Broking, Hannah Westway joined the Aventum family on the search for a new challenge.

Having spent eight years as a Claims Administrator at The Underwriting Exchange, Hannah spent her first seven years in insurance, before this, at Professional Indemnity Broker, Prime Professions. There, she worked as a receptionist before joining the Claims team.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her two young daughters, her family and friends. She loves to spend time outdoors and one of her favourite places to be is on the Broads in Norfolk.

Stepping into the insurance world for the first time as a Client Services Junior Associate, Holly Kemsley’s day-to-day responsibilities include updating and maintaining bordereaux and daily MI. Before joining the business, Holly graduated with a degree in Fine Art: Critical Practice.

As Delegated Risk Solutions Associate, Iman Driscoll's specialist class is General Liability. With over two years of experience, Iman's sector experience lies in Insurance and Reinsurance, covering international locations including Africa, the US, the UK, Asia and Europe. Outside of work, Iman has a keen interest in cryptocurrency, specifically the Crypto Mining sector. In her spare time, Iman takes care of her Crypto portfolio and enjoys going to the gym, travelling and socialising. 

James Attwood is an Associate at Consilium, responsible for performing day to day transactions in the non-motor team, including verifying, classifying, uploading, posting, and recording data requirements and providing other support for the brokers.

He joined Consilium in September 2021, having previously spent two years as a claims administrator at Citynet Insurance Brokers.

Outside of work, James likes going to the gym, socialising with friends and playing football and golf

As the Broking CEO and Managing Partner of Consilium, James Baird has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Formerly at Ed Broking, where he worked as director of its Strategic Risk Group, James works to ensure Consilium’s core values remain at the centre of new growth opportunities.

With a background in Professional and Executive Risk, James has a strong consulting approach. He brings experience in Client Services Excellence, Portfolio Management, Financial Risk and Professional and Personal Liability Risk to Consilium.

James began his career at Marsh, before moving to JLT and later to WTW. He was also a founding partner at Glencairn Limited.

As an Associate in the Delegated Risk Solutions division, Jamie Baker sources and places capacity for new and emerging MGAs for eXponential, in addition to showcasing the solutions on offer.

Before joining the Aventum family, Jamie worked for Guy Carpenter in 2019 and at Miller from 2020. Both roles were as a Binding Authority Technician, with exposure to contingency, accident and health, marine and North American property.

Away from work, Jamie is an avid squash player and a season ticket holder for Arsenal. He is also a big F1 and motorsport fan and enjoys skiing - even having worked in Val D’Isere for a season back in 2018.

As Associate Partner, Jorge Matus works to resolve escalated issues, developing best practices to ensure operational efficiency. Overseeing business accounting processes, Jorge manages business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company objectives.

Before joining the reinsurance space, Jorge began his professional career in the aviation industry doing supply and demand analysis for one of Mexico’s largest airlines. He soon had the opportunity to join global reinsurance broker Guy Carpenter, working in the accounting and claims department.

He then joined the broking team at Aon Benfield in Mexico where his commercial skills helped him develop the Central America Facultative business. From 2015-2021, Jorge worked as a Facultative Underwriter at Odyssey Re, in charge of the Brazilian, Peruvian, Ecuadorian and Colombian territories. One of his best achievements here was the development and growth of the Contractor Plant Equipment business portfolio throughout the region.

Moving to the UK in 2021, Jorge began studying for his second Master’s degree before joining the Aventum family in 2022 as Associate Partner at Consilium. Jorge wanted to join the company, excited by the opportunities in new regions that his experience could bring to Consilium.

Away from work, Jorge enjoys learning new things and is always looking for new cultural activities to try. Keen to explore the UK, music and photography have always been close to Jorge’s heart. Now established in London, Jorge hopes he can start a course on his hobbies soon.

As a Partner, Josh Plummer’s specialist classes include Financial Lines.

With ten years of experience, Josh’s sector experience lies in D&O, PI, Crime and Cyber, covering the UK, Australia, the USA and Canada.

Away from work, Josh has lived in London, Chicago and Sydney in the last ten years.

As an Associate, Katherine Jardine’s specialist classes include Financial Lines.

With five years of experience, Katherine’s sector experience lies in Financial Institutions, D&O, PI and Crime, covering the globe - with a focus on North American business.

Away from work, Katherine has travelled to South America, visiting the Amazon jungle and climbing Machu Picchu.

Laura Cruickshank is a Associate Partner within our Delegated Risk Solutions divison, responsible for liaising with clients and carriers to ensure contracts run as smoothly as possible. 

Laura joined the group in December 2021, having worked within various other sectors of the insurance world. This includes working in DUA at an MGA, and in claims, auditing, operations, and as a systems analyst. 

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends, city breaks and travelling, and  watching and participating in sports. Being a huge history geek she reads, and watches anything she can on the subject, even attending historical re-enactments when possible.

As Associate Partner, Lee Rogalski’s specialist classes include Professional Risk.

With five years of experience, Lee’s sector experience lies in D&O Liability, POSI, Professional Indemnity and Crime, covering locations globally.

Luke Morgan is a Junior Associate at Consilium responsible for supporting brokers, and inputting data from renewals and endorsements. His role also includes creating debit notes for various accounts.

He joined the group in December 2021, having just graduated from the University of Winchester, where he studied geography.

Outside of work, Luke trains in the martial arts, and enjoys snowboarding, and watching sports with friends.

Matt Gould is an Associate Partner in our Risk Solutions division. Matt heads up the international casualty team, focusing on Canadian and Australian General Liability risks.

He joined the group in early 2023 from Zeus Brokers where he spent 4 years placing international General Liability business into the market.

After graduating from Liverpool University in 2012 with a BSc degree, Matt went on to study law and complete his Legal Practice Course at Chester Law School before joining TMK’s claims division in 2016.

When he isn’t working for Consilium, Matt can be found at his golf club playing extremely badly.

As an Associate Partner, Matt Taylor’s specialist classes are Property and Casualty. With 26 years of experience, Matt’s sector experience lies in Transportation, Commercial Property and Homeowners, covering locations in the UK and USA. Matt has two daughters and away from work he is an avid golfer - he has even been on TV at Wentworth.

Nádia Pontes is a Junior Associatesupport, responsible for processing accounts, creating slips, endorsements, and credit notes, and liaising with clients. 

Nádia joined Consilium in May 2021, having previously worked in customer service, hospitality, childcare.  

Outside of work, Nádia is a fan of Sporting CP, a Portuguese football club. 

Natasha Aylen is a Partner in the Consilium Operations team. She is responsible for a varied portfolio of projects, predominantly associated with the digital transformation of the Group.

Natasha has been with the group for five years and previously worked for Ford as a logistics coordinator.

If she wasn’t working for Consilium, Natasha would be a riding instructor, as she is a keen equestrian.

As Managing Partner, Neal Hughes’ specialist classes include Professional Risk, Crime, D&O and Professional Indemnity.

With 25 years of experience, Neal’s sector experience lies in all financial and professional institutions, covering the UK and offshore sectors.

Away from work, Neal is an FA qualified football coach with a degree in Psychology.

As Managing Partner, Nick Bachmann’s specialist classes include Financial Lines.

With 12 years of experience, Nick’s sector experience lies in Financial Services and Commercial, covering the UK, Channel Islands, Cayman Islands, Ireland and Luxembourg.

Outside of work, Nick loves all things sports and food related, enjoying travelling and socialising with friends and family.

Nick Bird is a Senior Associate at Consilium, responsible for handling PI enquiries.

He joined the group in January 2021, having previously spent two years as a PI Construction broker at Gallagher, and before that three years at THB.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys playing golf and football, and going out with friends.

Nicola Chapman is the Chief Claims Officer, where she coordinates an efficient team, managing the claims for Consilium Insurance Brokers.

Starting in the insurance world in 1995, Nicola first worked as a Trainee Commercial Account Handler. Nicola joins Aventum after working for The Underwriting Exchange Limited for over 14 years and is looking forward to putting her years of experience into practice in a new environment.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys a healthy lifestyle and spending time with her three children. A big fan of the outdoors, she has taken part in various runs and a couple of triathlons. She also likes to socialise, going to the theatre, reading and travelling to new places to explore different cultures.

Joining Consilium as Partner, Paul Cousins brings 44 years of experience to the role. Paul’s specialist classes include Binders and Reinsurance (Treaty and Facultative). His sector experience lies in drones, construction and property catastrophe, covering locations globally - excluding the US and Canada. Away from work, Paul supports West Ham and was curiously the first child in the UK on SMA milk.

As Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner, Paul Richards brings 33 years of industry experience to the Group. His specialist classes include Professional Risk, Directors’ and Officers' Liability, Cyber, Crime, Employment Practices Liability, Warranty and Indemnity, Tax Liability and Delegated risks. Paul’s sector experience lies in Financial Institutions, Professions, Asset Managers, Aircraft Leasing and Managing General Agents, covering locations globally.

Away from work, you will often find Paul taking his kids to rugby, dance classes and horse-riding - unless, that is, he is busy being in blockbusters, as Paul was once an extra in the movie ‘A Thin Red Line’ alongside George Clooney.

As a Senior Claims Associate, Peter Enguell’s specialist classes are UK and Ireland Property and Casualty. With 38 years of experience behind him, Peter’s sector experience lies in Waste and Recycling, Combined Liability and Property, covering the UK and Ireland. In his spare time, Peter enjoys art and collects limited edition, signed prints.

Reece Edwards is a Senior Partner at Consilium, responsible for providing broker support and creating documentation to be taken to the market.

He joined the group in May 2022, and has worked in the insurance sector since 2015.
Outside of work, his weekends and spare time consist of playing football, golf, and socialising with friends.

Robert Smyth is an Associate Partner at Consilium, responsible for leading the client service team, allocating renewals, slip production etc, and training new team members in using our systems.

He has worked in reinsurance for about 25 years, working in broking and underwriting, and in broker support and team leader roles. During that time he has dealt with facultative, excess of loss, and pro rata across many lines of business, including property, motor, construction and engineering, among others. He joined Consilium in May 2021.

Outside of work, Robert has played cricket, football and badminton to a high level, and he currently still plays cricket most weekends. He has also added golf to the list of sports he enjoys playing.

Roshan Choolhun is the head of Consilium's eXponential platform, Aventum’s Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) offering, combining a number of service provisions with the DUA Sphere to add value to our independent clients.

He joined the group in September 2021, having worked with several other independent brokers of varying sizes. This includes time at Chesterfield, RKH/Howden, and Ed Broking.

Outside of work, Roshan trains amateur boxers and is a keen runner, swimmer and cyclist. He rides a motorcycle and has a wife, two kids and a small, very cute cockerpoo named Honey (which does wonders for his East End boxing trainer image).

Joining Consilium as Executive Assistant to Co-CEO's James Baird and Paul Richards, Serena Locatelli brings 15 years of experience to her role. Serena previously worked as a professional makeup artist for 12 years and during lockdown she took up upcycling as a hobby and completed a carpentry course.

Solomon Archer-Scott is an Associate Partner at Consilium.

Solomon joined Consilium in June 2021, with three years’ experience as an account handler in the London market, working for Citynet and Miles Smith.

Outside of work, Solomon is originally from Cornwall and enjoys surfing, although living in London has made this more difficult. He likes travelling to the coast at weekends when he can.

As Chief Operating Officer at Consilium, Suzanne Bazire’s specialist class is Operations. With 20 years of experience, Suzanne’s sector experience includes UK Retail, Aviation, Contingency and Marine, covering all geographic locations. Interestingly, Suzanne was previously a qualified commercial pilot.

As Operations Associate Partner, Suzy Willmott brings 27 years of experience working in insurance to the business. With an in-depth knowledge of the Lloyd's Market, Suzy’s sector experience lies in Technical Support for all departments, covering all geographic locations. Outside of work, Suzy enjoys going on adventures with her young son.

As a Delegated Risk Solutions Senior Associate, Tillie Cooper records all bordereau activity, monitoring Risk, Premium and Claims bordereau as well as Gross/Estimated Written Premium Income Limits. Before inception, Tillie checks contracts to agree on the bordereau and reporting sections. Away from work, Tillie ran her first marathon in London in 2021, before then completing Manchester in April 2022.

As a Risk Solutions Associate, Toby Block’s specialist class is Client Services. With over four years of experience, Toby is involved in the Risk Solutions technical team, managing relationships between brokers and underwriters. Toby also processes Market Reform Contracts, Endorsements, Renewals and Quotes, covering locations across the UK and Ireland. Away from work, Toby enjoys travelling and has explored Australia and South America. 

As a Delegated Risk Solutions Senior Partner, Toby Gorman’s specialist classes are Casualty and Property. With 35 years of experience, Toby’s sector experience is within all lines of Property and associated classes, covering worldwide locations. Away from work, Toby is involved in yacht racing and is a keen skier and avid barbecuer.

Tom Taylor is an Associate in the Risk Solutions division. Before joining the Consilium he worked as an Assistant Underwriter at CFC.

Wanting to join the business attracted by the constant growth of the company, Tom liked that Consilium appeared fast-paced from the outset and was confident it would provide a highly motivating place to work.

Outside of the office, Tom enjoys playing golf and watching West Ham play football.
