Neil Odell is the head of claims within ConsiliumRe’s London market claims division.
He joined the group in December 2016, having previously worked as a claims broker and claims underwriter for various companies. He started working in the insurance claims sector after leaving secondary school.
Neil is a keen sportsman and a lover of being in the outdoors, whether it’s snowboarding or sat by a lake fishing with his children.
